CLINICAL PHARMACIST- Calgary, AB

Our Long Term Care Pharmacists provide highly specialized clinical and medication management services for residents of nursing homes, retirement residences, assisted living facilities and group homes through dedicated pharmacies.



We are seeking Full Time Clinical Pharmacists in Calgary, Alberta looking for a challenge within a large, team oriented, non-retail pharmacy operation:



The Clinical Pharmacist will review and advocate meaningful improvement in methods and policies of resident care, have a clinical background with strong leadership skills. Additional prescribing would be an asset.

They will maintain a quality control system for medication delivery that holds patient safety as paramount

They will take a leadership role with respect to improving and maintaining the health and wellness of the residents by managing and monitoring appropriate drug therapy for all patients, as well as supporting opportunities to promote their health and wellness.
