Pharmacy Manager - Northern Canada

The North West Company's Pharmacy division is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative pharmacist who is dedicated to excellence in patient-centered, outcome-focused care for one of our Northern Canada Retail Pharmacies.

Our pharmacies are located in rural, northern First Nations communities and therefore you must be willing to re-locate.

You will be a valued member of the healthcare team and your enhanced scope of practice will contribute to making a difference in the lives and health of the people you serve. Your practice will be patient focused and highly consultative with a Mission to be the trusted provider of Healthcare solutions for the north.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Licensed by relevant Provincial College of Pharmacists
Ability to manage day to day pharmacy operations independently
Maintain Continuing Education Requirements for Provincial licensure
Ability to communicate in English
Possess effective communication skills in counsel, educate and instruct patients; staff and other healthcare professionals
Experience with Pharmacy software programs (Kroll-asset)
