-Staff pharmacyst, Shopper's Drug Mart, Clinical Pharmacyst, Methadone clinics, etc.
-(July-Dec. 2010 under contract) Manager and Clinical Pharmacist at a LTC pharmacy
Kroll, PakMed and Med-systems. Duties included Medication Room Audits, Safety Committee Meetings, participattion in Care Conferences/Medication Reviews (with nursing staff, families physicians), etc.
-On call pharmacist for the long-term care homes
-Provided operational solutions to homes such as palliative care boxes, emergency medication procurement, etc

Summer 2005 - Summer 2006; Pharmacy Student, SDM #299 & #312

Completed the ACP internship hours, which included filling, checking, compounding, and counselling under supervision of a pharmacist.
Trained to use Zadall, Next Generation, and Kroll software.
Made several suggestions for improvements (in regards to documentation and error reduction tools). Many were accepted and used.
Performed all tasks allowed for a student including entry, filling, some compounding and ordering stock.
